Before Booking – Please Read Carefully
To book and secure your spot, a non-refundable $20 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward your final service price. The remaining balance is due after your appointment.
The service address will be provided once the deposit is received. If a deposit has not been sent, please do not inquire about the address.
Arrival & Late Policy:

Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new $20 deposit will be required to reschedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Client Appointment Guidelines
Please arrive with your hair detangled and product-free. Additional detangling or prep may incur a $10–$20 fee. For any questions, feel free to contact us at 613-400-2948.
Upon completion of your appointment, a photo and video may be taken.
