Before booking,
Read carefully. To book/secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required. After your appointment, the deposit will be subtracted from your final price. Once the services have been provided, the remaining sum will be paid. The address will be provided once the deposit is received. If you did not send your deposit, do not inquire about the address. Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. More than 15 minutes late? Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited; a fresh $20 deposit will be needed to reschedule. We must be notified 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Please arrive with your hair detangled and product-free, unless you booked a wash.
Extra detangling or prep will incur a $10–$20 additional charge. Please feel free to contact us at 613 400 2948 for any additional questions you may have.
Upon completion of your appointment, please be advised that a picture and a video will be taken.
