 Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments
  Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and reserve your time slot.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling
  We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to provide adequate notice may also incur a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount.

• Late Arrivals
  Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $15 - $30 late fee will be added to your service. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

• Thank you for respecting our time and policies. These guidelines help us provide the best possible service and experience for all clients.

3. Payment Terms 

• All services and products must be paid for at the time of purchase. 

• We accept cash, E-transfer, and credit/debit cards.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be applied as required by law. 

4. Refunds & Exchanges Policy

• Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the service you received at Beloved's Beauty, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary adjustment at our discretion.

Product Sales Policy

• At Beloved's Beauty, all product sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds on products. Exceptions will only be made for manufacturing defects or products damaged during shipping, and must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

• Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by a valid receipt. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
